Excellent room.great bed, a shower you never want to get out of,and what I liked the most was a tv I could operate. The restaurant had prices that nearly stopped my heart but great portions superbly cooked. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys

Come here frequently. Rooms are great, I love how comfy the beds and linen are - much superior to other hotels in similar price range in Whitehorse. The location is excellent as all downtown services are accessible on foot and there’s free parking if you’re driving. Housekeeping is always on top of it - the rooms are immaculate. Great team there! The check in process is a bit exhausting, I find it crazy that I still have to pay a damage deposit ($300 if on debit!!!!!!) even though I’m staying with a company booking and come here for multiple nights a year, sometimes weeks for a month. I would HIGHLY recommend management to review their policy and waive the damage deposit for frequent customers. At least one step more towards showing appreciation for our fidelity. With all that said, the excellent customer service from front desk agents like Sukhmeet make it all better! She’s always in a good mood and ready to help. Somehow checking in with her is less complicated and goes smoother. Clearly she is very experienced and loves her job. Would recommend.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The on-site restaurant serves great food and has a nice variety of options. The front desk staff, especially Prabh and Sukh, were exceptionally helpful and friendly—they really made my stay pleasant and easy. Overall, it’s a great place to stay when visiting the Yukon.

Exceptional staff. I injured myself during my stay in the Yukon and the hotel staff was exceptionally kind, concerned, and helpful. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I ever find myself that far north.

We landed in Whitehorse after a day's drive. The hotel has a welcoming look from the outside and a homey feel in the public spaces. Staff are friendly and helpful. They held my luggage for me while I enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable with working A /C and plenty of pillows with a touch of Yukon home.

The hotel from outside seams like nothing, but nice inside. The reception are is nice and cozy. The staff of the hotel are polite and friendly. The hotel is Pet friendly but you have to pay for your pets. the rooms are clean and well kept for a Best Western. It's a Best Western not a Marriott Hotel, quality price it's fine. I do not recommande the restaurant. There nothing good to eat there, and the place smells like curry, if you like that fine, but I don't. if you want to have fresh food hand made not from a freezer and dump in deep fry, go to the edge water hotel restaurant, there's no compare.
